Focus is on High Performers. An acceleration program for your top performers to connect and find synergies across departments while also advancing their leadership awareness across the retreat.
Corporate Hackathons
Focus is on idea generation for new innovations or problem solving for different bottlenecks. These can be internal challenges or product innovations that are more customer focused.

Why do we work with
limited size teams?
Because we want participants to really get to know each other on a deeper level and the bigger the group the less the number of interactions they will have in the experience.
