JRNY/ElRehla deepens the connection between the players and the stakeholders in the field. It widens our network and helps us collaborate with each other, making a bigger impact in the community whether on the corporate, government or individual level. Initiatives end up being bigger and more impactful.

The first retreat I attended with JRNY/ElRehla was the Employment ecosystem retreat in 2018. Back then, Sprints was still just an idea. My interactions with different people in the retreat led to forming multiple collaborations and developing different ideas until I founded Sprints in 2019.

JRNY/ElRehla succeeded in being the point of transformation for different mindsets, coming from different places, with different experiences in order to let these people benefit and help each other in their work.

I’ve met people at JRNY/ElRehla who I’ve met in so many events before and we never talked more than ‘how are you?’. At JRNY/ ElRehla, we were really connected and I really got to know the rest intensely and personally. I may be working with many in the future, but this time as a friend.

It would have taken me a very long time to reach out to different companies and founders, but with JRNY/ElRehla strategic partnerships were formed in three days. JRNY/ElRehla creates a visual representation of the ecosystem, which makes it easier to learn about the services that other entities provide and facilitates the creation of partnerships.

Amazing experience. Great blend of diverse ecosystem members with different paradigms. Mixing academia, startups, investors, and others gave great insights about the work of each player. I love the content, participants and organizers.

So many different layers, different backgrounds, the exposure was different from what I thought it would be. People who I worked with professionally, I was able to connect with on a personal level.

Through JRNY/ElRehla’s setup and outstanding caliber of attendees, I had the chance to reflect on my work and interact with a lot of great minds that helped me assess the needs of women entrepreneurs. I decided that the next step was building a digital community for women entrepreneurs that connected them with all the resources they need. Six months after the camp Entreprenelle Hub was launched.
